Technology & Principle
Based on double-twist weaving technology, the machine uses servo motors to control wire arrangement and twisting. Under automatic tension control, two or three wires are twisted spirally to form stable hexagonal mesh without easy loosening.
Production Process
First, straighten and convey the metal wire automatically. Then the weaving mechanism twists wires into hexagonal mesh. After that, the machine cuts the mesh to fixed length and forms the edges automatically. Finally, the finished products are output and collected.
Operation Method
Turn on the power and start the control system; set mesh size, wire diameter and length on the touch screen; start the wire feeding and weaving program; monitor the running status in real time; collect finished products and stop the machine regularly for inspection.
